Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Farmhouse USA! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order on all shop items that have not been used. If you believe your item is defective or you would like to request a refund, please contact us through our contact form, or send an email to shopthefarmhouseusa@gmail.com in subject line please put "Return".
Return Window
You may return your item within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Condition Requirement
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from damage.
Packaging Requirement
To prevent damage during shipping, all returns must be sent in a box. Returns sent in a poly mailer will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the customer is sending back a defective item. If sending back a defective item please email us as shopthefarmhouseusa@gmail.com so we can send you a prepaid printable postage label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for credit card refunds to reflect on your statement.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Custom designed items are not eligible for a refund.
All food items from our Farmhouse Bake Shop are not eligible for a refund.
