Package Protection Insurance is included for all orders, and is the best way to quickly resolve shipping issues including damage, theft or loss that may occur within transit of your package. Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the your selected shipping method carrier, we are not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur during the transit of your package. But we are happy to help if anything including damage, theft or loss, has occurred to your package. Please email us at shopthefarmhouseusa@gmail.com with your Order Number for further assistance.
Each customer is responsible for keeping track of their order package(s). Tracking numbers are emailed to the email provided on the order after it has been processed.
Free Local Delivery + Pickup
We’re excited to offer fast and convenient local delivery. Enjoy free delivery within 20 miles of Visalia, CA—simple, secure, and brought right to your doorstep! Expanding to more locations soon! This applies to our Farmhouse USA Store and The Farmhouse Bake Shop.
Local pickup/ delivery is available for specific items. If local pickup/delivery is available for an item there will be an option at checkout to select local pickup/delivery.
Processing and Shipping
All pre-made clothing orders will be sent within 5-7 business days of ordering. The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped. Current turnaround time for custom orders is 10 business days not including holiday and weekends. We do not currently ship any of our food items.
In-Stock Items will ship out in 5 -7 business days. Pre-Order Products would be shipped on Pre-Order Ship date. Each package would take 5 - 7 business days to arrive.
Shipping Address Responsibility
The Farmhouse USA is not responsible for shipping address discrepancies, including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Refunds will not be issued if the package is sent to the wrong address.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of purchase.
- If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at shopthefarmhouseusa@gmail.com in email subject line please put "Shipping" . Contact us as soon as possible to request a correction.
- If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Once the package is marked as invalid address and returned to us by the shipping carrier, there will be a $9 redelivery fee to reship your order. This process may take up to 4 weeks.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Why is my order still in “PRE-SHIPMENT”?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
